(A recipe from the Toddy Shops of Kerala)
Cleaned spotted crab cooked to soften shell before being sautéed in a fragrant medley of spices and aromatics. The shell of the crab, softened by the cooking is cracked open just enough to let the spices lend its flavor to the succulent, sweet Crab meat inside the shell, while being sautéed. The spicy punch of the tomato-chilly-spice masala is set off deliciously by the sweet crab meat.
